I specialize in counseling individuals aged 15 to 75, helping them navigate issues like minor stress, workplace stress, relationship problems, communication difficulties, self-esteem and self-image concerns, depression, and mental health challenges. My practice incorporates evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), as well as holistic therapeutic techniques. With a strong educational foundation, holding a Becholors degree in zoology and a Masters degree in counseling Psychology. I am dedicated to guiding my clients towards personal growth and emotional well-being.
